Today’s MDA Update:

I wanted to share a quick video where I discuss the “TAS Edge” product. Here are 3 key benefits of using the Edge for E-mini S&P Day traders:
- The Edge allows you to measure and determine the degree of relative balance and imbalance in trading activity within the Index internals
- The Edge allows you to find a starting point between where a shift in control is occurring between market participants
- And The Edge alerts you to when best trading opportunities are happening, and where these transitions are occurring
As outlined in this video, we were in a long position and we saw Edge get to a point of showing “overbought” this is a bearish imbalance turning point and if you are flat the market it is time to look for shorts. Since we were already “Long” the market, we used this as a means to “update stops” or even “reverse” our positions.
Having this tool allowed us to scratch for a breakeven or even take off this trade for a small gain, rather than take a loss of 10pts if you were holding longs with stops below the current 5 min bottom boxes.
My goals for you as an MDA Premium Member:
- Provide you with the same trading tools I use with your live dt Pro account
- Provide consistent analysis of tools and outline setups as they occur in real-time so you can take action

STOP ORDERS DO NOT NECESSARILY LIMIT YOUR LOSS TO THE STOP PRICE BECAUSE STOP ORDERS, IF THE PRICE IS HIT, BECOME MARKET ORDERS AND, DEPENDING ON MARKET CONDITIONS, THE ACTUAL FILL PRICE CAN BE DIFFERENT FROM THE STOP PRICE. IF A MARKET REACHED ITS DAILY PRICE FLUCTUATION LIMIT, A "LIMIT MOVE", IT MAY BE IMPOSSIBLE TO EXECUTE A STOP LOSS ORDER.
THE RISK OF LOSS IN TRADING COMMODITY FUTURES AND OPTIONS CONTRACTS CAN BE SUBSTANTIAL. THERE IS A HIGH DEGREE OF LEVERAGE IN FUTURES TRADING BECAUSE OF SMALL MARGIN REQUIREMENTS. THIS LEVERAGE CAN WORK AGAINST YOU AS WELL AS FOR YOU AND CAN LEAD TO LARGE LOSSES AS WELL AS LARGE GAINS.
