June LEAN HOGS:
After failing to make new highs above 84.00 earlier this week, this market appears to be getting a bit top heavy here.
I like the idea of getting SHORT on a break below 81.50 …last traded 81.95
Look for support at 79.50
If we can get some momentum behind it, we could see the market test the recent lows of 77.00
The risk would be back above Tuesday’s high.
- Selling a future here and buying the June 84.00 call for roughly 90 points ($360.00) is also an option.
- If you prefer straight options, look to the June 81.00 put for 140 points ($560.00)
