Open E Cry – My Account Portal
My Account Portal provides many useful features to assist Daniels Trading clients in managing both live and demo trading accounts.
- Clients are NOT able to execute orders, view statements, or view account activity via My Account Portal
- Account activity can be viewed via client statements and the trading platform
- Statements are emailed to clients daily
What credentials are required to access My Account Portal?
Demo account username and password or
Live account username and password
What does My Account Portal allow clients to do?
- Submit written questions for support
- Download demo and live account trading software
- Download Microsoft .NET Framework
- Purchase and enable 3rd Party Plugins for either live or demo accounts (instructions included in PDF)
- Open an account if applicable
- Update general account information
- Update billing information
- Change live and demo account passwords
- Reset demo account balance
