- After speaking with your Daniels Trading representative you have now decided what type of account you want to open.

If you are a foreign person/entity, please select the necessary additional forms that apply to the type of account you are opening.
- Complete and send your application to Daniels Trading representative via fax, e-mail or mail.
- Once the account has been received and reviewed, you may fund your account.

Forms for Foreign Persons/Entities
We are able to offer you two methods by which you can complete W-8 tax forms. You can either utilize MF Global’s online tax forms web site or you can download the blank PDF files from the IRS web site using the links below. Using the online site allows you to complete the forms using a question and answer format and upon completion, you’ll be able to print out the completed W-8 tax form which will be ready for your signature.
