Born, raised, and educated in arguably the world’s trading capital, Kingston’s affinity for math and finance at a young age, led to his pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago and eventually on to a career in the financial industry. Soon after graduating from college, Kingston began his career at a Chicago-based hedge fund working as a fund accountant. In 2004, inspired by his father’s successes as a commodities trader in Chicago, Kingston pursued a new career path in the commodities industry. He was offered the position as Financial Controller for Daniels Trading and has been with the company ever since.
Outside of work, Kingston is a martial arts instructor and loves maintaining a healthy lifestyle through running and biking.
