Gina Osterholt
Gina Osterholt began working as Steve Dahl's assistant in 2007. Prior to joining Steve, Gina obtained experience as an administrative assistant in the areas of Finance and Accounting, as well as other customer service oriented positions. New to the world of commodity futures, Gina began learning the ins and outs of the new accounts processes for our various FCM relationships. In this capacity, she helps every customer during the new account process to ensure that their experience is smooth, efficient and trouble-free. Next, Gina learned the back office clearing applications that are so crucial to customer transparency and access to their accounts. She also supports Steve's customers with matters relating to their online trading platforms, understanding statements and broker-assisted trade execution email notifications. Gina is an integral part of the clearing process by conducting vital trade checkout procedures, along with all trading account deposit and withdrawal requests. Lastly, she is Series 3 licensed and can help match customers with new product lines that may provide a better match for their changing needs. Gina summarizes her role with Steve and Daniels Trading with the following quote:
