Adam M. Nicholson

Adam Nicholson is the Vice President of Marketing at Daniels Trading. He oversees the company’s marketing and advertising initiatives, including creative development, web development, media planning/buying, search engine marketing and social media. Additionally, Adam plays a key administrative role in the development and management of the company’s proprietary CRM software.
After growing up in suburban Dayton, OH, Adam moved to New York City to attend New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business, where he graduated with a degree in Finance and Marketing in 2002. Upon graduation, Adam moved to south Florida to work for Otabo, an innovative custom shoe manufacturer and retailer. While working at Otabo, Adam gained experience in nearly all aspects of the business, from managing accounting and payroll, to overseeing marketing and operations at Otabo’s first retail store.
Adam’s profession in the futures industry began in 2004 when he accepted a position with Daniels Trading as Interactive Marketing Administrator. With his initial role centered on digital marketing, Adam successfully implemented an enhanced online search engine marketing plan. This included a search engine optimization-focused overhaul of the company’s web site and the development of several search engine marketing campaigns. After learning the ropes of financial marketing through these first projects, Adam began to take a more active role in the company’s general marketing strategy. Adam became a vice president in 2006.
Among his outside interests, Adam is a serious oenophile and foodie. He enjoys wine tasting and trying out new restaurants as often as possible with with his wife, Jordan. He also enjoys traveling, playing guitar and going on long walks with his French bulldog, Flossie.
