John Marc Schwaebe is Vice President of the California Division of Global Asset Advisors and Daniels Trading.  John Marc appreciates that you are considering his services and he is excited to see how he can assist you in making your portfolio grow.  Over the past twenty years he has been working with qualitative strategies for futures, performing evaluation, due diligence, and global execution.  John Marc proved a very unique level of service in assisting his clients in developing commodity investment portfolios that use a combination of Commodity Trading System and/or Commodity Trading Advisors.  Over his career, John Marc has traded hundreds of billions of dollar’s worth of products on virtually every commodity exchange.  Mr. Schwaebe is a registered Commodity Trading Advisor under Monarch Bay Management, LLC and has managed funds for Commodity Pools, Funds and Individual Investors.  Mr. Schwaebe has also worked with several large and successful Commodity Trading Advisors as a tactical advisor and brokerage specialist, assisting them in every aspect of their businesses from order execution and back office support, to advising on trading strategies and new client introduction.

His passion is to use his knowledge, experience and expertise, to bring the very best futures products to all of his clients, and provide them with exceptional service along with trusted advice they can depend on.

History

John Marc Schwaebe began his career at Margil Capital Management (MCM), a well-respected commodity brokerage firm in Southern California in 1989.  Through MCM, John Marc became acquainted with mechanical trading models and began working on developing trading systems.  In 1993 John Marc joined Scot Hicks in creating Scot Hicks and Associates, a Commodity Trading Advisor, as Director of Trading and System Development.  In 1994 he became the president of Scot Hicks and Associates, renaming the firm to Monarch Bay Management, LLC (MBM).  Through MBM, LLC, John Marc managed accounts for commodity pools and large individual investors.  In 1994 John Marc was promoted to Vice President of Margil Capital Management, and was employed there until the firm was sold in 1998 to Main Street Trading.  In 1997 to 1998, Mr. Schwaebe managed accounts for Sanctity Capital Management, a New York based CTA.  In 1998 John Marc joined Trade Center Inc. as the Director of Trading and Trading Systems Specialist.  In 2003 he was promoted to the position of Senior Vice President and Director of Trading.  Also, in 2003 Mr. Schwaebe helped start Ventana Funds Management, Inc. a commodity pool operator and managed the accounts of Ventana through Monarch Bay Management, LLC through 2008.

In 2011 Trade Center was acquired by Daniels Trading and John Marc joined Daniels’ elite trading team.  Mr. Schwaebe works out of his Branch Office in Carlsbad California.  He is registered Commodity trading Advisor and holds a Series 3 and Branch Managers’ Licenses.

John Marc has been married to his wonderful wife Tammy since 1990.  He has two boys who are in school and play club soccer.  When he is not working he is active in his church or chasing the boys around somewhere in the US at a soccer tournament.  He also enjoys traveling, surfing and snowboarding.
