Metals (gold, silver and copper), Energies (crude oil and gas), Currencies (eurocurrency and dollar index), Grains (beans and wheat), Financials (S&P and bonds)
Ben uses a variety of technical studies to profile the markets. He relies heavily on: bar chart patterns, Relative Strength Index, moving averages and volume/open interest. Ben combines these technical studies along with other proprietary indicators to help define entry and exit points for both futures and option contracts.
Ben focuses his attention primarily on the technical aspects of the market. He believes once you have read the news in the Wall Street Journal or even the latest news on your computer screen or smart phone, the news has already been priced into the market. Therefore, once a market has validated a pre-specified technical level, Ben will look for fundamental information to confirm the technical indicators.
